11/05/2008 | 08:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Rosen CENTRE, Salon 11
Today’s leaders of nonprofit organizations are under increasing pressure to demonstrate financial management skills. What knowledge does one need to oversee the financial management of their organization? This course will assist executives lacking a technical accounting or financial background, by relating information about governing bodies and financial account principles that effect nonprofit reporting. This course is one of four core courses required to complete the certificate program.
Tuition: $350.00 for certificate program enrollees or $250.00 for non-certificate enrollees. Lunch is included. You will be able to enroll in this class online between August 5th at noon (Central Time) and October 7th at 5pm (Central Time). Your conference registration number, last name and credit card are all you need to use the online system to enroll in the class. Registration will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and class size is limited to 35. Written cancellation requests must be received no later than October 7, 2008. A $25 administration fee will be subtracted from the refund.
