We utilize the writings of notable authors to demonstrate how individual leaders and organizations can stay flexible, resilient, and forward-looking as they meet the challenges of 21st century association management. Interactive exercises and discussion help participants apply leadership theory and the "Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership." This is one of four core courses required to complete the certificate program. Course fee: $350 for certificate program enrollees or $250 for non-certificate enrollees. Lunch is included.
