We will explore whether reforms implemented to date are substantially helping or whether the federal government should undertake sweeping regulatory changes. Potential reforms could have an impact on each aspect of the home mortgage market, including, mortgage origination, appraisals, borrower qualifications, mortgage product offerings, interest rates. Our panel of federal regulatory officials will share the latest information.
