This class covers: new features in Outlook®; using the To-Do bar, Instant Search and Categories; breaking down the Ribbon; creating and editing contact information; using folders; assigning Categories to organize and manage contacts; changing contact views; creating personal distribution lists; reviewing the calendar; changing the calendar view; scheduling and managing appointments; assigning contacts and Categories to appointments; sending calendar snapshots; email sending options; flagging mail for follow-up; turning email messages into tasks; assigning and tracking tasks; previewing attachments; and more!
This course is offered Friday TLC18, Saturday TLC38, Sunday TLC58 and Monday TLC70.
Open to Full Conference and Monday Registrants. General admission check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Many seats are available on-site on a first come, space available basis.
