Discover the characteristics, retail buying patterns, and communication biases of each generation. Learn the distinct differences between the four different generational communicational styles. Understand how to use new electronic communication tools to convey consumer information and provide assistance.
You will be able to enroll in this class online between August 5th at noon (Central Time) and October 7th at 5pm (Central Time). Your conference registration number, last name and credit card are all you need to use the online system to enroll in the class.
Advance registration required. Additional $20.00 administrative fee for C.E. registration only. Onsite enrollment is subject to availability.
