Understand the concepts that will allow you to legally design and close transactions involving lease options, land contracts, all inclusive (wrap) deeds of trust and have a working knowledge of the three major types of bankruptcy. Know when to review state laws and when legal representation is advisable or required to successfully complete these transactions. When you finish this class you will have a better understanding of the complexities involved when working with sellers and buyers whose property financing involves any of these categories.

You will be able to enroll in this class online beginning August 3 at noon CST. Your conference registration number, last name and credit card are all you need to use the online system to enroll in the class.
