This interactive course is recommended for leaders who have completed the Leadership 200 course and are interested in advancing their skills to an executive level. Led by a trained facilitator, this course builds on the topics covered in the Leadership 200 course and also addresses association governance, identifying and developing leaders, communications strategies, and leadership challenges.

Background: The REALTOR® Leadership Program (RLP) is designed to help you develop leadership skills that will strengthen your association and make you more effective in your leadership role. It consists of an initial online course, which is not mandatory, but greatly encouraged and two three-hour, interactive, live presentation courses.

Course fee is $100. Lunch is included if you registered for both classes. Enroll online when you register for the Midyear Meetings, or add to your registration at a later time. Enroll before April 15th and a class ticket will be included with your registration badge mailing. Class enrollments purchased after April 15th will be held for on-site pick-up. On-site sales are subject to availability. Written cancellation requests must be received no later than April, 15, 2012.
