The morning session will be Leadership 200: Becoming a Leader
Prepare yourself to assume greater leadership responsibilities within your association! Content is designed to help you develop strategic planning skills, manage risk, participate effectively in meetings, understand staff and volunteer roles, and learn conflict resolution tools. You’ll gain confidence in your role as a leader as you get more involved in association leadership. A trained facilitator leads the class.

The afternoon session will be Leadership 300: Enhancing Leadership Skills
The advanced course of the REALTOR® Leadership Program is for leaders of all kinds–individual leaders, organizational leaders and association leaders–who are interested in advancing their skills. It is led by a trained facilitator and builds on the topics covered in the Leadership 200 course.

Fee: $200, includes lunch. Class size is limited. Enroll online when you register for the Midyear Meetings, or add to your registration at a later time. You will need your Midyear registration confirmation number and credit card information to enroll in the course at a later date. NOTE: On-site sales are subject to availability. Bring your confirmation document to the class check-in table. Written cancellation requests must be received no later than April, 15, 2013.
