Sponsored by the RCE Certification Board, this year's luncheon is a jam packed, multi-faceted event! An industry speaker will address timely issues. NAR will recognize REALTOR® associations that are celebrating their 100th anniversary in 2013. The 2013 inductees into the Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Smith, RCE AE Leadership Society will be recognized. REALTOR® Association leadership teams are encouraged to attend the luncheon.

PRESENTATION
Successful associations have one thing in common – strong leadership teams between volunteers and staff. Mr. Catrina will share what has fast tracked him through the local, state and national leadership ranks, and how staff at all three levels never let him give up in pursuing new ideas, and in turn gave him the leadership bug. He will challenge you to catch the leadership bug too! This is one bug you won’t mind catching!

About the Speaker:
Otto Catrina’s experience includes past president of the Bay East Association of REALTORS®, state director for the California Association of REALTORS®, chair of the 2012 NAR Leadership Academy Advisory Board, and currently serving as an NAR Director.
