WCR PMN Designation Course: Effective Negotiating For Real Estate Professionals (Advance Enrollment Required)

Identify tools and tactics to improve your effectiveness in any negotiation and consistently facilitate the best outcomes for your clients, even under pressure. Discover and practice techniques for client counseling and advocacy, as well as the art of influence and persuasion. In addition to the principles and phases of effective negotiation, topics include dealing with deadlock and difficult negotiators, multi-party negotiations, cultural influences and the role of electronics in today’s connected world.
Course also counts as an ABR elective.
Course Fee: $150 through May 10. Onsite registration is subject to availabilty, $170. Limited seating. Enroll online when you register for the WCR Meetings, beginning February 20 at 12 noon Central time, or add to your registration at a later time. You will need your registration confirmation number and credit card information to register for the course at the later date.
