How are federal regulators impacting the mortgage finance market, even in the absence of federal legislation? Our overview will include the current state of the mortgage finance market, updates on the status of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, how the federal regulators could play an important role in shaping the secondary mortgage market and any late breaking updates.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Jason Gold is the director for Progressive Policy Institute’s Rebuilding Middle Class Wealth project and senior fellow for financial markets.
Rob Couch is a member of the Banking and Financial Services, Real Estate and Governmental Affairs practice groups at Bradley Arant.
Adolfo Marzol has 25 years experience in the mortgage finance industry and currently serves as Vice Chairman at Essent Guaranty, Inc.
Barbara Novick Vice Chairman, is a member of BlackRock's Global Executive and Global Operating Committees and Chairs the Government Relations Steering Committee.
