Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH) Class (Advance Enrollment Required)

Discover how Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH) and EAH programs benefit REALTORS®, employers, and communities.
-Form a team to reach out to employers in your community and help them establish an employer-assisted housing benefit.
-Create an action plan to implement an EAH initiative in your community.
-Conduct homebuying and homeownership workshops, schedule one-on-one counseling sessions with counselors and review financial assistance options with employers.
Course fee is $15. Limited seating is filled on a first come, first served basis! Enroll online when you register for the Midyear Meetings, or add to your registration at a later time. You will need your Midyear registration confirmation number and credit card information to enroll in the course at a later date. Written cancellation requests must be received no later than April, 15, 2012.
