Course fee is $20. Limited seating is filled on a first come, first served basis! Enroll online when you register for the Midyear Meetings, or add to your registration at a later time. You will need your Midyear registration confirmation number and credit card information to enroll in the course at a later date. Written cancellation requests must be received no later than April, 15, 2012.
