Evaluate the Association's Chief Staff Executive and Communicate Expectations: Leadership Express III
05/17/2013 | 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Location: Omni Shoreham Hotel, Palladian Room
NOTE: Title below has been revised. Orignal title was Evaluate the Association's CEO - WIIFM?
Volunteer Leaders: Why should you conduct an annual performance evaluation of your association's chief staff executive?
-It's an opportunity for the board of directors and the chief staff executive to discuss shared expectations.
-The review puts the chief staff executive and the association on a path for growth.
-Such an evaluation is required by the REALTOR® organization’s insurance policy that covers wrongful termination lawsuits.
NAR’s Human Resources staff will walk you through the ins-and-outs of evaluating your chief staff, discuss roles in managing internal staff issues, and offer a perspective on staff compensation and benefits and the value of staying competitive in the marketplace.
Three Leadership Express 40-minute sessions run concurrently and then are repeated, allowing AEs and their leadership teams to attend two of the three sessions.
