USING THE EVENT PLANNER

Creating and adding events to this event planner does not register you.

Meeting events in your event planner are automatically updated when details such as room assignments change.

You must have at least one Meeting event in your event planner before you can add a personal event.

Be sure to print your event planner right before you go to Washington in order to have the most updated information.

ADDING EVENTS:
Select events on the MEETING SCHEDULE and the COMMITTEE MEETINGS pages by checking the white checkboxes. Submit those events to your event planner by clicking “Add Checked Events to Your Event Planner” button at the top and bottom of both pages.

SHARE YOUR SCHEDULE:
Check the meetings and events here in your event planner that you want to share. Then click here to send them to a friend, or click on “E-Mail your schedule” to the left.

DELETING EVENTS:
Check events you would like to delete, then click here to delete them or click the “Delete selected events” link to the left.
