Accommodations will be provided at the Worthington Renaissance, conveniently located on Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth.

Some attendees may be placed at the nearby Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown.  Reservations will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.

NAR will pay for standard room accommodations for the nights required for your meetings.  Additional nights may be arranged at your own expense. 

Reservations must be made through the registration page as part of the registration process for the meeting.  A credit card is required to hold the hotel room and for any personal charges that registrants may make during their stay.  Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.  Reservations booked directly with the hotels will not be eligible for reimbursement or given the special NAR rate.

If you would like to extend your stay outside of the allotted conference dates at your own expense, please contact Stephanie Quinn (squinn@realtors.org).  Please do not contact Stephanie about extending your stay until conference registration opens in early October.

Travel

NAR will cover travel expenses to & from the meeting.  Flights for the conference can be booked at no up-front cost to you using Ovation Corporate Travel.  To book your flight through Ovation, please contact them via phone or email and reference the “2015 REALTOR® Party Training Conference.”

Ground Transportation

NAR will cover taxi costs to and from the area airports.  Approximate taxi one-way fare is $60.  Rental cars require pre-approval from your staff executive and should only be utilized in accordance with the NAR Member Travel Policy.

Both valet ($27) & self-park ($20) options are available.
