When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Plan to arrive in Las Vegas on Thursday, February 18th. The official conference program is two days – Friday, February 19th and Saturday, February 20th – from 8am-12pm both days – and is held at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Plan your departure for Sunday, February 21st.
What if I want to extend my stay beyond the conference dates?
The Encore will honor the special room rate ($239) for three days before or after the conference, pending availability. If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense, please go ahead and book your room for the duration of the conference and then email Fran Aguilera (email@example.com) to amend your reservation.
What is the conference dress code?
Dress is business casual, which means dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together.
What will the weather be like?
Plan for weather before you arrive by checking the local forecast. Average temperature for Vegas in mid-February is low to mid 60’s. Be sure to pack a jacket for cooler evenings.
What costs are included?
The $495 fee to attend the conference includes the following for RPAC President’s Circle investors and one guest:
• Hotel lodging at the Encore for 3 nights
• Meals associated with the conference (two evening receptions and two buffet breakfasts)
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Should you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing (via email to Beth Brittingham, firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than January 15, 2016. The $495 is fully refundable up until this date. After January 15, 2015 the fee is non-refundable.

What is the Encore’s pet policy?
The Encore does not permit pets.
