2013 REALTOR® Party Issues Conference takes place at the St. Regis Hotel:

NAR will pay for three nights of standard room accommodations—Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Feb. 14-17—for registered attendees.
The deadline to register & secure housing the 2013 Issues Conference is Jan. 7, 2013. After Jan. 7, no additional accommodations will be made. Thank you in advance!
Reservations must be made through the registration page as part of the registration process for the meeting. A credit card is required to hold the hotel room and for any personal charges that registrants may make during their stay. Reservations booked directly with the hotels will not be eligible for reimbursement or given the special NAR rate.
If you’d like to extend your stay outside of the allotted Issues Conference dates, please make your reservations for the initial conference dates, then contact Fran Aguilera at FAguilera@realtors.org to extend your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: The St. Regis Hotel is the headquarter hotel for the 2013 Issues Conference, please make sure to register early in order to secure your lodging at this hotel. For those folks who register late their lodging accommodations will be moved to the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. You also have the option of staying at the Ritz Carlton if you prefer this property over the St. Regis.
Additional Reservation Information
In order to hold your hotel room, you must guarantee your reservation with a credit card; however, the hotel will NOT charge credit cards for a deposit. Credit cards will be charged for no shows and cancellations that fall within the cancellation policy.
EXTENDED STAY: If you require a reservation outside the designated Conference dates, please complete your reservation for the authorized dates; and email Fran Aguilera at firstname.lastname@example.org to request extended dates. Please be sure to include your hotel confirmation number with your request!
