RAA and GAA Fast Track

Appraisers, who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) and hold designations in qualifying NAR Affiliate organizations, may attain the Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) and General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) designations on an accelerated or Fast Track basis.

In addition to qualifying NAR Affiliate organizations, REALTOR® members that are designated by The Appraisal Foundation Sponsoring Organizations or designated members of the Appraisal Institute are also eligible for the fast track application process. All applicable designation programs and organizations are listed below.

Requirements:

  1. Be a member of National Association of REALTORS®
  2. Hold a current state certified appraisal license.
  3. Hold a qualified designation (listed below)
