Janet Branton, Senior Vice President, Global Business and Alliances
Janet brings a fair amount of personal and professional international experience, including having lived abroad for 6 years while growing up (Germany and Japan) and studying languages in high school and college. Prior to coming to NAR, Janet served as an executive for a local REALTOR® association where she developed a very strong international program---one of the first in the U.S.! Janet will continue as the Liaison between NAR and the Institutes, Societies and Councils. Janet will serve as Senior Vice President of the Global Business and Alliances Group. Len Tovar, Senior Executive Assistant, Global Business and Alliances
Len provides support for Senior Vice President Janet Branton. He is also staff executive for NAR's Past President's and Institutes, Societies and Councils. Contact Len Tovar.

Jennifer Wiziarde, Manager of Global Networks
Jennifer came to NAR in August 2007 from Lions Clubs International Foundation where she worked as the Grants Program Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean. Jennifer holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin and a M.S. in International Public Service Management from DePaul University here in Chicago. She is also fluent in Spanish and intermediate in Portuguese. She oversees the full Networks program (President Liaisons, Ambassador Assoc., Intl. Local Councils, etc.), which includes serving as the Staff Executive for the International Networks Advisory Group and International Local Council Forum. Jeff Hornberger, Director, Global Alliances
Jeff joined NAR in 1999 from the for-profit (private) sector, where he was International Sales Manager selling barcode machinery via a global distribution network. He holds a M.S. in Business Management from United States International University in San Diego, and B.A.s in Economics, Spanish and Latin America Studies from the University of Wisconsin. Jeff has extensive international experience and has lived in Latin America and Europe and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. His tenure at NAR includes International Business Development Manager with a specific focus on Latin America, and Managing Director of Member Development in NAR's Commercial Real Estate division where he conducted outreach to local associations and worked with the team there to develop commercial specific products, programs and services. Jeff rejoined NAR's Global Business and Alliances group in 2009 where his role includes managing NAR's 80+ partnerships around the globe and connecting them to NAR. Bruno Crosby, International Market Development Manager
Bruno joined NAR Global in January 2011. He spent the last 31 years in Paris, France. His experience there included four years in hotel real estate development and four years in property management. He was Secretary General of the Paris-based International Real Estate Federation FIABCI from 1999 to 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from Washington State University and a Masters degree from the French IAE school of business. Bruno is bilingual English-French, has a working knowledge of Spanish and knows some Italian. One of his responsibilities is to nurture NAR's partnerships in Europe, where nearly half of all NAR's cooperating associations are based. He is also responsible for identifying other potential pathways to help Realtors develop their international networks and maximize business opportunities.  Contact Bruno Crosby.

Bethsy Sachs, Global Member Services & Networks Coordinator
Bethsy joined NAR in 1998 and brings eighteen years of secretarial and administrative experience in the retail, publishing and hospitality services. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has strong organizational and communications skills. Her primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact for our members. She supports the business group by maintaining the International Database and managing the membership and CIPS designee member records and payments. Bethsy is the liaison with Convention for NAR Midyear Meeting and Annual Convention, handling all the committee meeting rooms and event logistics; and serves as the concierge to our foreign delegates and visitors while at the Convention. Bethsy's role also supports the Networks Team by supporting communication and activities associated with our President Liaison's (NAR volunteers). Bethsy also provides half-time support for President's Liaison/Ambassador Association and International Local Council program, including oversight of VIP program at annual convention. Katie Stouffs, Director, Global Marketing and Business Development
Katie joined NAR in June 2008 from the Corporate Executive Board, a best practice research and analysis firm serving Fortune 500 corporations, where she was employed as a Senior Manager specializing in meetings & global events. Prior to CEB, Katie worked in Dublin, Ireland for the Irish Institute where she partnered with Irish & Northern Irish policymakers and facilitated professional development programs aimed at promoting peace. Katie holds a M.A. in English with a concentration in Irish Studies from Boston College and a B.A. in Writing from Fairfield University. Her primary responsibility within NAR's Global Division is to lead initiatives for continued growth and awareness of NAR International and Resort & Second Home products and services including education and memberships. Cindy Fauth, Global Marketing Manager
Cindy joined NAR in September 2009. Prior to NAR, Cindy served in various marketing capacities at Robert-Leslie Publishing and Smithbucklin Corporation. Her primary role at NAR is to lead the global marketing and public relations efforts for the department. She lends her expertise to the promotion and growth of the Certified International Property Specialist designation, Resort and Second Home and At Home with Diversity certifications along with the many other programs NAR Global Business and Alliances offers. Zachary Benjamin, Global Business Development and Outreach Manager
Zachary joined NAR in 2010 as the Global Business Development and Outreach Manager. He most recently worked with the American Hospital Association's Institute for Diversity, where he led membership and educational efforts to bring cultural awareness to hospital administrators. His experience is invaluable as he undertakes the goal of helping local associations educate members in the opportunities that exist in global business, as well as in how to serve an ever-growing multicultural consumer and foreign buyer base. Zach holds a M.A. in East Asian Regional Studies and Chinese Foreign Policy from Columbia University and a B.S. in Communications and Chinese Language and Culture from Northwestern University. He has also completed his coursework in Intercultural and Organizational Communication towards a PhD at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Contact Zach Benjamin.

Carol Kairis, Managing Director, Global Business Training
Carol oversees four areas of training (and associated memberships where applicable), related to Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) along with the Resort and Second Home programs. In addition to training, Carol will be involved in local and state association outreach and assistance. Carol has been with NAR for almost five years. The first three years were spent as Managing Director of the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance Member Development. Most recently Carol worked as Managing Director for the Seniors Real Estate Council, Appraisal, Auction and Resort and Second Home Specialties. Before coming to NAR, Carol was the Vice President of Professional Development and International Operations for the REALTORS® Association of the Palm Beaches. Jennifer Rzeszewski, Manager, Global Education and Membership
Jennifer joined NAR in October of 2007 in REBAC/ Seniors Real Estate Council where she was the Manager of the SRES designation program. In her current role as Manager, Global Education and Membership she manages the CIPS designation program and CIPS faculty. She is a graduate of Lewis University with a degree in Political Science and Sociology. She completed a study abroad program in China where she studied International Business and Foreign Politics in 4 major cities in China. Daniel Creasap, Global Education Specialist
Daniel joined NAR in December 2008 in REBAC/Seniors Real Estate Council where he served as Member Service Representative for the SRES Designation program. Daniel has moved to the Global department to serve as the Global Education Specialist for the CIPS Designation program. He is a graduate of Wabash College with a degree in Political Science and Spanish. He completed a study abroad program in Ecuador where he studied Latin American literature. Lindsay Green, Resort and Diversity Coordinator
Lindsay joined the Global Division of NAR in June of 2011 as the Coordinator for the Resort and Diversity Certifications. She holds a B.A. in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago, where she also served as an Orientation Leadership Board Member. Prior to NAR, Lindsay worked at Schawk in the Retail Marketing Division on the Sears Holdings Corporation account. Contact Lindsay Green.
