NAR members have access to thousands of relevant articles, books, and research in the Proquest and eBook libraries; weekly and monthly newsletters with in-depth articles; and case studies. Additionally, NAR's latest headlines, content, and resources can be delivered directly to your RSS reader. You are able to tailor the information that you receive based on your specialties and interests. If you have specific research questions or needs, NAR employs Info Central Staff that are accessible to members via phone, e-mail, instant message, social media, and Skype.

Discounted Registration Fees for NAR Events

International Realtor members are offered discounted rates to many NAR meetings and events. At the annual REALTOR Conference & Expo, International REALTOR members are entitled to receive the NAR member rate. This is a $100 savings from the full-conference, nonmember rate.

Networking Opportunities

There are many ways to grow your network and increase your referral potential by becoming an International REALTOR member. Members have the opportunity to connect with other professionals by joining our social networking groups and/or by attending one of the many REALTOR events—the annual REALTORS® Conference & Expo is attended by over 1,500 overseas associates and over 20,000 U.S. REALTORS®.

Requirements

Applicants for International REALTOR® membership must meet the following requirements:

• Be a member of the Cooperating Association in a country with which NAR has a bilateral cooperation agreement (if you do not belong to a cooperating association, you may still join under a special subscriber category).
• Pay annual dues to become a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. The current 2012 rate is US $75. There is a one-time processing fee of US$ 30.
• Consent to the use by NAR of any information prepared or sponsored by NAR, including but not limited to print or electronic directories. Members agree that such use by NAR shall not constitute a violation of any privacy right established by local, state, federal, or international law.
• Understand that NAR reserves the right not to renew International REALTOR® membership.
• Complete and sign an international member application form.
