Certified International Property Specialist Course — Europe and International Real Estate (1-day course)

Learn what it takes to conduct an international transaction between Western and Central European buyers. This course counts as an elective course toward the CIPS designation.

Resort and Second-Home Property Course (2-day course)
Network at the conference as a newly certified Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist! Successful completion of this 2-day course and submitting your RSPS application earns you a free ticket to the Resort Networking Reception.

The cost of the course is $195 if you register prior to October 16. After that date, the cost will be $235. Register now.

Certified International Property Specialist Course — The Americas and International Real Estate (1-day course)
This course offers practical information on working with investors from the Caribbean and North, Central, and South America. Historical and cultural influences, regional relationship, and investment opportunities are covered along with a special focus on Mexico. Also serves an elective course toward the CIPS designation.

Resort & Second-Home Networking Reception
Join fellow resort and second-home real estate professionals on Friday, November 5, for an evening of food, drinks, and great networking. This event is free for RSPS Members if registered before October 29, and $30 for NAR members and guests. You must be registered for the conference to attend. CIPS Designee Breakfast — Exclusively for CIPS Designees
New CIPS designees are recognized and pinned each year at the CIPS Designee Breakfast. Start your day off right. International Night Out Award Ceremony, Reception, Dinner, and Dance
Join colleagues from around the world for our All That Jazz gala evening. The CIPS Awards Ceremony will be followed by a reception, dinner, and dancing to live music to cap off this lively black-tie evening. You must be registered for the conference to attend. The event is $155 for CIPS Network Members and $175 for non-CIPS Network Members.
