Purpose

To create proprietary research that leads the commercial real estate industry focusing on the core needs of our members.

Composition

21 members as follows: Chair, Vice Chair, Immediate Past Chair, the Commercial Committee Chair, Vice Chair, three representatives from the Research Committee, three commercial representatives and two affiliate representatives each from SIOR, CRE, IREM, RLI and CCIM.

Terms of service

One-year term.

Qualification(s) for consideration

• At least five years business experience in commercial real estate, specializing in any of these fields: office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and land.
• Chair and Vice Chair should be members of the Commercial Committee.
