Purpose

To monitor and recommend actions and strategies affecting the sharing, distribution, capture and utilization of data. To analyze research and trends, global strategies, and the competitive landscape regarding property data and recommend appropriate association action.

Composition

27 members as follows: Chair; Vice Chair; Immediate Past Chair; RPR Advisory Board representative; two representatives from each of the following: MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board, Federal Technology and Policy Advisory Board, and the Large Residential Firms Real Estate Services Advisory Group and 15 At-Large members that meet the qualification issues.

Terms of service

Two-year staggered terms.

Qualification(s) for consideration

• Knowledge of multi-listing policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of syndications practices.
• Knowledge of real property data collection/dissemination.
• Knowledge of large scale data management practices.
