Purpose

To develop an ongoing services initiative that identifies the services, tools and strategic relationships that expand and enhance the business interests of NAR's largest commercial firm community. Any policy recommendations would be shared with the Commercial Committee and they can report on those policy issues together.

Composition

29 members as follows: Chair, Vice Chair, Immediate Past Chair; NAR President, President-elect, First Vice President, CEO as ex-officio members; 22 at-large members.

Terms of service

One-year term.

Qualification(s) for consideration

• Chair, Vice Chair & Members At-Large to be drawn from the top 25 Commercial Large Firm and Franchise Organizations.
• Must be a REALTOR®; an individual that is ineligible for REALTOR® membership (for example, a CEO of a large firm who is not a real estate agent) but is affiliated with a large firm will be excluded from this qualification. Also, if it is deemed necessary to appoint someone as a consultant, that individual will be excluded from this qualification.
