Purpose

In partnership with NAR staff to provide input into the NAR Leadership Academy application process, content and programming of sessions, and to review and select applicants for participation in the Academy program.

Composition

11 members as follows: Chair, Vice Chair, Immediate Past Chair, one state AE, one local AE, four members-at-large, and two academy graduates.

Terms of service

Two-year staggered term.

Qualification(s) for consideration

Advisory board selections are handled by the President. In the case of the academy graduates, selection is through the recommendation of the Chair and Vice Chair of the advisory board, the academy staff and the association leadership liaison. Three names of academy graduates are submitted to the President for selection.
