Purpose

The purpose of the Reserves Investment Advisory Board is to implement and oversee the National Association of REALTORS® investment policies as approved by the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.

Composition

12 members as follows: Chair (who shall be the Treasurer); Vice Chair; 10 members at-large (five of which must come from the Finance Committee). The Treasurer selects the at-large members of the Advisory Board subject to the President's approval.

Terms of service

Treasurer: Concurrent with term; Vice Chair: One year; At-large Members: one-year term.
