View committee members

Purpose

To develop and monitor risk management programs that will assist in reducing members' legal liability, including license law issues. To oversee the NAR members' errors and omissions insurance program.

Composition

71 members as follows: Chair and Vice Chair, the Immediate Past Chair, Chair and Vice Chair of the Risk Management and License Law Forum, one representative from each state and territorial association, and 12 at-large members (two of which must be local board or state association executives).

Terms of service

One-year term.

Qualification(s) for consideration

1-2 years experience on a Risk Management Committee at the local, state or national level.
