Free downloads of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice are available in the Realtor.org store (see download instructions below).

Two formats are available in the store:

• Microsoft Word (.doc)
• Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)

Realtor.org Store Download Instructions

The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice downloads are eProducts available in the Realtor.org Store.

To order an eProduct:

1. Click the link provided for the product to be taken to the product in the online store. Or, search for the product in the Policy section of the site by product name.
2. Click “Log in now” next to “You must be logged in to purchase eProducts at REALTOR.org.” and sign in with your REALTOR.org username & password.
3. Click “Add to Cart” to order the product.
4. Click “Checkout” in the Mini Cart on the right side of the screen.
5. Click “Checkout” again on the “Your Cart” page if you are ready to proceed and do not wish to add any other products to your order, press “Continue Shopping” to add more items.
6. Enter Your Email in the “Confirmation Email” box on the “Order Review” page and click “Place my Order.”
7. You can access your product immediately by clicking the “Click Here” link on the order confirmation page, you will also receive an email confirmation with a link to access the product.

To access your downloaded eProducts:

1. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page.
2. Login with your REALTOR.org username and password.
3. In the 4th section, click on “View your Courses, Subscriptions, Documents, Reports, and eProducts.”
4. Click the "Access/Download Now" for the product you wish to access.
5. Click the "Open Document" button.
