State Association Assessments of Scope of Problem and Legislative Responses
Insurance Survey of State REALTOR® Organizations
At the request of the NAR Insurance Task Force, NAR staff in March of 2004 surveyed state Association Executives and Government Affairs Directors on the magnitude of the insurance problems facing REALTORS® in each of the 50 states. In addition, each AE/GAD was asked to identify if state insurance legislation had been introduced and what each state REALTOR® association is doing to address the insurance issue at the state level. The results of the survey and the survey instrument are presented below.
