The Housing Opportunity Program offers 2 grants: the Ira Gribin Workforce Housing Grant and the Housing Opportunity Fund.
- Housing Opportunity Fund: Created in 2006, supports a wide range of housing opportunity programs with grants of up to $5,000.
- Ira Gribin Workforce Housing Grant: The Ira Gribin Workforce Housing Grants seek to provide state REALTOR® foundations and associations with the resources and support to take the initiative to address workforce housing issues in their state.
