Housing Opportunity Toolkit

The Housing Opportunity Toolkit provides practical, usable, action-oriented materials to promote housing opportunities at the local level. You can use these materials when you create local or state housing opportunity programs and to provide information on working with local governments on the issue of affordable housing.
