“Ask the Expert” is an invaluable resource for REALTORS® which provides answers to frequently asked questions concerning the new RESPA rule which goes into into effect on January 1, 2010 and mandates the use of new Good Faith Estimate and HUD-1 forms.

REALTORS® should email questions to respa@realtors.org, where national RESPA expert, Phillip L. Schulman, Esq., partner in the law firm of K&L Gates in Washington, DC, will provide answers. NAR will select questions based on general applicability to members. Please note not all questions will be answered.
