International Real Estate for Local Markets, the CIPS prerequisite course, was offered at the Midyear Meetings on May 12 to excellent reviews.

Ninety new CIPS designees were approved during the Midyear Meeting. New designees were recognized at the CIPS Breakfast.
The International Forum was a lively session entitled "Market and Sell Your Property to the World." The program was jointly presented with the Resort and Second Home Real Estate Forum. View Presentation.

The CIPS Awards Ceremony took place at International Night Out on Wednesday, November 14 at the Venetian Resort-Hotel and Casino. The following awards were presented at the Gala Event by 2007 IOC Chair Jim Harris, CIPS and 2007 IOC Vice-chair Tony Macalusco, CIPS.
Ambassador Association of the Year President's Liaisons of the Year CIPS Course Sponsors of the Year Instructor of the Year Honorary CIPS Designee: Over 250 new CIPS Designees were pinned, in Las Vegas on November 14. The group included members from France, Mexico,Thailand, Austria, Romania, South Africa, Portugal, Spain, Korea, Puerto Rico and many US states. View a complete list of the 2007 Designees>>.
