In June of 2001, AE Judith Lindenau of the Traverse Area Association of REALTORS® created on behalf of NAR the
AE International ListServe. This AE Listserve is for all Association Executives that have an international committee or group at their association, AND for those who are interested in learning more about creating such a group. Local council group activities range from a simple brown bag lunch to a foreign trade mission, but they all have one thing in common -- helping members develop business opportunities related to the growing "international" market.

In the past months, the AE ListServe has been lively with dialogue about hosting different activities at the association, important tips for helping with a trade mission, and the balance of wanting your international program to offer members the tools they need to be a business success in the International Market while keeping an altruistic goal in mind in helping other nations succeed in the global market.
