Heidi Wosak CIPS, REALTOR® specializes in resort area residential/luxury/commercial/development consulting and sales. Licensed for Real Estate Sales & Appraisal in California, Heidi moved to Mexico in 2004. Heidi has been proactively involved with real estate associations, locally and internationally. As an Associate Member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) since 2005 Heidi served several years on the board of directors. Serving as VP of MLS for Puerto Penasco Chapter Heidi was instrumental in implementing for AMPI an MLS that mirrored policies and procedures used in the USA. 2007 Heidi created The Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club and became CEO for Century 21 Sun & Sand from 2007-2013.
