BIO:
Fabrizio Ghersel is the owner and operator of PAIA International Real Estate, which specializes in selling and renting international properties. Born in Milan, Italy, Fabrizio lived and studied there, as well as Rome. Since then, he has moved and resided in Padua with his family since 1972. Fabrizio's first working experience was running the family owned cattle farm. He eventually moved on to other occupations, finally landing as a partner and manager director in two different BMW Dealerships. In 1999, he decided to start his current real estate firm which would sell and rent commercial buildings in the Veneto Region. Fabrizio likes to stay involved in his community and has been City Councillor of the town of Noventa Padovana where he oversaw parks, recreational areas, road and building maintenance. At the moment, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Villa Valmarana Foundation, which is a centennial institution assisting deaf people.
