Did You Know?

FSBO sellers who knew the buyer sold their home within a median of a week.  FSBO sellers who did not know the buyer sold in a median of 6 weeks, compared to 9 weeks for agent-assisted sellers.  In urban areas, relative timing of sales was reversed, 10 weeks in FSBO sales, and 8 weeks in agent-assisted sales.
