Of all REALTORS®, 41% are affiliated with an independent, non-franchised company, and 33% are affiliated with a franchised subsidiary of a national or regional corporation. 21% are with an independent, franchised company, 5% are with a non-franchised subsidiary of a national or regional corporation and 1% is other.
