When home buyers were asked where they found the home they purchased, 41% responded the Internet; 37% said real estate agent; 10% indicated yard sign/open house sign; 5% said friend, relative or neighbor; 4% said home builder or their agent; 1% said print newspaper advertisement; 2% said directly from sellers/knew the sellers; less than 1% said home book or magazine.
