Based on NAR's Real Estate Practitioner's survey (REPS), taken in Sep. 2004, approximately 43% of practitioner's said that the fallout rate is between 0 & 2%. Over 70% of those surveyed, said it is less than 4%. (Source: Real Estate Outlook, Oct. 2004)
