Registration for the 2008 Leadership Summit registration is now closed

The Leadership Summit brings together Presidents-Elect and Executive Officers of state and local associations, commercial boards and structures, regional MLSs, and national institutes, societies, and councils.

The purpose of the Summit is to:

  • Provide information on integrating national programs and priorities into state and local association activities.
  • Present thought-leaders in the fields of technology, association leadership and management, industry issues, and future trends in business and society.
  • Establish and renew networking contacts among REALTOR® organization leaders.
2008 Program Format
Best of the Optional Volunteer Leadership Training Program combined with Summit General Session

The following is a Preliminary Schedule

  • August 20: Welcome Reception at River East Art Center, 7:00pm – 9:00pm
  • August 21: Leadership Summit General Session for all attendees, 9:00am – 4:00pm Includes “brunch”, snack and beverage service
  • August 22: Leadership Summit General Session for all attendees, 7:45am – 12:00pm Includes continental breakfast and beverage service

Summit Check-in and Badge Pickup
Conference badges are mandatory for entry into all Summit activities.

The Leadership Summit’s evening event is a great time for renewing friendships and making new ones. The River East Art Center is waterside event space and home to several galleries. Browse galleries and listen to live music. Conveniently located between the Sheraton and Navy Pier. Dress is casual. Transportation provided from Sheraton to River East Arts Center.


Passed hors d'oeuvres buffet with carving stations, assorted sweets and coffee service will be available. Open bar includes beer, wine, and soft drinks. Dress is casual, guest welcome. View full menu
