Hotel reservations can be cancelled without penalty based on the following cancellation policies (please note hotel cancellation policies differ):
- Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers (Headquarters): Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before 6 pm on the arrival date.
- InterContinental Chicago Hotel: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before 6 pm on the arrival date.
- Conrad Chicago: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hour before 6 pm on the arrival date.
- Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before 6 pm on the arrival date.
- Four Points Sheraton: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hour before 6 pm on the arrival date.
- Embassy Suites - Downtown/Lakefront: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before 6 pm on the arrival date.

Go Amtrak
Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to Chicago from August 17 thru August 25, 2008. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional and Acela service for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Convention discounts cannot be booked via Internet.
