NAR INTRODUCES NEW PUBLICATION ON RUNNING
A SUCCESSFUL REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE

CHICAGO (October 31, 2005) – The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) today introduced its newest publication Broker to Broker: Management Lessons from America’s Most Successful Real Estate Companies, published by John Wiley & Sons.

Compiled from articles in the “For Brokers” section of “REALTOR(R) Magazine,” the book takes a unique approach to brokerage management by bringing to you the ideas, strategies and lessons brokers and sales managers are implementing today.

Learn what brokers are doing to recruit the best new licensees, keep their risk of legal liability low, and undertake strategic planning for the future, among dozens of other topics.

"NAR publications are filled with practical advice and insights from recognized industry experts and authors,” said Ken Burlington, NAR Managing Director of Products. “They are designed to help real estate professionals make the most of their business by maximizing sales and minimizing risk.”

“Further, working with Wiley & Sons provides access to national sales channels for NAR by offering these titles at retail book stores, such as Barnes & Noble, Borders and amazon.com,” Burlington continued. “In addition to valuable investment and business management information, the book includes information on why it’s important for consumers to work with a REALTOR and how they can locate a REALTOR in their area.”

Copies of the publication can be ordered online or by calling 1-800-874-6500 and select option '1'.
