NEWPORT COUNTY BOARD OF REALTORS® AND GRAND RAPIDS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® CONVERT TO SENTRILOCK

CHICAGO (November 29, 2005) - Proving SentriLock, LLC is the favorable security solution for both small and large REALTOR® organizations, the Newport County Board of REALTORS® and the Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS® have selected SentriLock REALTOR^TM Lockboxes for their members.

The Newport County Board of REALTORS®, the first in Rhode Island to contract with SentriLock for REALTOR^TM Lockboxes, purchased 120 REALTOR^TM Lockboxes and 175 SentriCards^TM for it's 480 members. "In addition to SentriLock training, we provided our members with extra information, rules, and guidelines to help ensure our program would run smoothly and efficiently, with security being of the highest priority. Our members have also been given suggested dialogues and scripts to help them gain more homeowner acceptance of lockboxes," said Fred Stevenson, a past president of the Newport County Board of REALTORS® and it's 2004 REALTOR® of the Year. The Board's conversion was completed in July 2005.

The Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS®, the third largest association in Michigan with 3,500 REALTOR® members, will complete their conversion to REALTOR^TM Lockboxes on November 28th with an estimated 6,000 lockboxes and 3,000 SentriCards^TM. "We selected SentriLock for their affordable smart card technology and flexibility," said Julie Rietberg, Executive Vice President, Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS®. "Our members will pay only $25 per lockbox, with the rest of the cost being subsidized with membership dues," added Rietberg.

Both Newport and Grand Rapids commented on the positive experience they have had working with SentriLock. "Our goal is to meet the varying needs of REALTOR® organizations of all sizes, shapes and forms," said Scott Fisher, President, SentriLock, LLC. "We have offered several organizations customization by supporting varying forms of lockbox ownership and reciprocity needs," added Fisher.
