Hotel ReservationsNAR negotiates the lowest hotel room rates for members and guests, so you can be sure you’re getting the best deal for your stay. Click here to view a list of hotels, rates, and a map of the area.
You can only book a room after registering for the conference. Registration opens February 14. Check back then to register and reserve your room.
Hotel ConfirmationHotel reservations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to make your hotel reservations with your registration is April 16. If you make your hotel reservations through Experient, you will not receive a separate confirmation directly from the hotel. Use your registration and hotel confirmation from Experient when you check into your hotel.
After the housing deadline (April 16), room reservations can still be booked online until May 2, but rooms are subject to availability.
Hotel Check InCheck-in time is generally around 3:00pm. Please note that checking out of the hotel prior to your scheduled departure date may result in penalty charges assessed by the hotel.
Hotel CancellationsTo make changes and cancellations, contact Experient at the numbers listed below. Hotel cancellations after May 10 should be made directly with the hotel. Cancellation policies are as follows:
After May 10, contact the hotel directly. Cancellation of your reservation within 72 hours of, or failure to check in on your schedule arrival date, will result in a one night’s room and tax charge on the credit card provided as a guarantee.
Don't Be a No Show!In addition to loss of one night’s room and tax, failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in loss of entire reservation!
