NAR MeetingsNAR Meetings are held at the following Washington, DC hotels:

Hotel ReservationsHotel reservations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. NAR negotiates the lowest hotel room rates for members and guests, so you can be sure you’re getting the best deal for your stay. Click here to view a list of hotels, rates, and a map of the area.
To book your hotel room, you must register for the meetings first.
In the event that a room is not available during the online registration process, please book through Advanced Reservation Systems, Inc. (ARES). The ARES reservation center can be reached at 800-719-9064 during the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 6:00am-11:00pm PT
- Saturday: 7:00am-10:00pm PT
- Sunday: 8:00am-9:00pm PT

Hotel Reservations DeadlineThe deadline to make your hotel reservations with your registration has passed. Room reservations can still be booked online until May 9, but rooms are subject to availability.
Hotel ConfirmationIf you made your hotel reservations through Experient after registering, you will not receive a separate confirmation directly from the hotel. It is included on your registration confirmation email.
Hotel Check InUse your registration/hotel confirmation from Experient when you check into your hotel. Check-in time is generally around 3:00pm. Please note that checking out of the hotel prior to your scheduled departure date may result in penalty charges assessed by the hotel.
A credit card is required at the time your reservation is made. Credit cards must be valid through May 2013. Your credit card will no longer be charged at the time of booking but will be provided to the hotel to guarantee your room. The hotel may charge a one nightʼs room and tax as a deposit between April 25, 2013 and your arrival date.
Deposits are refundable for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours before arrival.
Requests received without credit card information will not be processed.
Hotel CancellationsTo make changes and cancellations, contact Experient Housing through May 9.
After May 9, contact the hotel directly.
Cancellation of your reservation within 72 hours of, or failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date, will result in a one nightʼs room and tax charge on the credit card provided as a guarantee.
DON’T BE A NO SHOW! In addition to loss of one nightʼs room and tax, failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in loss of entire reservation!
