Registration for the 2012 Midyear Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo will open
February 14, 2012 at 12:00pm CT.Attendance is free for members, but REALTORS® must register to attend. Have your NRDS ID number handy to register.
Registration Fees
- NAR Member: FREE
- Non-Member Full Meetings Registration: $125.00
- Non-Member Expo-Only Registration: $40.00
- WCR Meeting Registration: $279.00 (One Awards Banquet ticket is included with your “WCR Meeting” registration. Banquet seating will be assigned based on your meeting registration date.)

- Monday, May 14: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Tuesday, May 15: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Wednesday, May 16: 8:00am–6:00pm
- Thursday, May 17: 8:00am–6:00pm
- Friday, May 18: 8:00am–3:00pm
Guest RegistrationIf you plan to bring a non-industry spouse or other guest to the meetings, please add his/her name and contact information when you register. Guests who do not register under an NAR member should pay the non-member registration fee listed above.
Registration BadgeRegister by April 16, and your meetings badge will be mailed to you. If you register after April 16, please visit the registration counter on site at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel to pick up your badge and materials.
Registration & Hotel ConfirmationAll meeting registrations and hotel reservations are made through Experient, NAR’s official registration company. Experient will confirm your advance registration and hotel reservation by email (if you provide this information) within one week of your registration submission.
Hotel reservations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel reservation deadline is April 16. If you make your hotel reservations through Experient, you will not receive a separate confirmation directly from the hotel. Use your registration and hotel confirmation from Experient when you check into your hotel.
