TIM HATLESTAD

Tim Hatlestad, CCIM is president of RE/MAX Commercial Investment, a 45+ agent commercial investment real estate firm with three offices in Scottsdale and Phoenix. He is also the owner of RE/MAX Achievers, a 550+ member residential real estate firm located in eleven offices within the greater Phoenix metro markets.

Tim is known as an innovator and has served as president of the Arizona Association of Realtors. He is the 2006 first vice president of the CCIM Institute and previously served as CEO of the Site To Do Business.

Tim has been honored as REALTOR® of the Year by the Scottsdale, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Broker-Owner of the Year for the Southwest Region of RE/MAX International and was the recipient of the prestigious 2000 Vision Award from the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.

LINDA GOOLD

Linda Goold serves as the Director of Federal Tax Programs for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). She is an advocate for NAR tax policies that protect and enhance ownership and investment in both residential and commercial real estate.

Linda began her career as tax counsel to U.S. Senator Cliff Hansen, a senior member of the Senate Finance Committee. Working with Senator Hansen, she assisted in passing legislation that reduced capital gains taxes from 49% to 28%. After the senator, she joined a Big 4 international accounting firm where she helped develop a firm-wide legislative tax practice and assisted clients in solving their tax legislative and regulatory problems.

Linda received her education at Brigham Young University. She holds a Master's degree in American Literature and is also is a graduate of BYU's Law School. Linda has traveled all over the world (to more than 40 countries) in support of her husband’s goal to see 100 countries during his lifetime. (So far he has been to 75!)
