The national industrial market has been improving steadily over the past few months according to the "Industrial View" from NAR Research for the Realtors® Commercial Alliance (RCA) the commercial division of NAR.
  • Rent growth not always in markets with the lowest vacancy rates
  • Sale-leaseback activity dominates industrial investment to date
  • The West continued to dominate industrial building transactions during the last twelve months
